Sotheby’s: ecco la top ten dei lotti più cari del 2022 della maison

Una macchina, una casa, più di un gioiello… Qualche anno fa era comparso anche un dinosauro. Le tipologie delle opere (o meglio, ormai dovremmo dire semplicemente “lotti”) che entrano nelle classifiche di fine anno dei prezzi più alti realizzati delle case d’asta sono sempre più variegate

Ad esempio quest’anno, con l’acquisizione da parte di Sotheby’s di Concierge Auctions, focalizzata sugli immobili, nella top ten 2022 è entrata anche una residenza di lusso… La maison ha pronosticato entro la fine di dicembre un realizzo complessivo di 8 miliardi di dollari e ha attributo questi ottimi risultati in rialzo in gran parte alla vendita di collezioni stellari di un singolo proprietario e alle aste di beni di lusso. Anche se per ora (al 14.12.22) il totale raggiunto dalle aste di oggetti d’arte e di lusso è di 6,4 miliardi, la casa d’aste conta di arrivare a 8 grazie alle vendite di auto di RM Sotheby’s e di immobili della nuova acquisita Concierge Auctions insieme alle aste della sfera “luxury” ancora da esitare entro fine anno. Leggi qui il report sul bilancio 2022 di Sotheby’s mentre di seguito scopriamo la classifica completa della top ten globale e quella esclusivamente di Fine Art.
