Mercoledì 30 novembre è in programma la decima asta di InnAuction a Innsbruck. Completamente dedicata all’arte moderna, l’asta avrà come artisti protagonisti Lucio Fontana e Fausto Melotti. Del maestro dello Spazialismo un Delfino del 1950-1951 in ceramica di Albissola policroma 320x140x120 che stima € 400.000 – 500.000.
La scultura era un elemento simbiotico con l’architettura di Villa Tagliabue a Monza progettata dall’architetto, urbanista e industrial designer Giulio Minoletti.
Il Delfino era posto all’epoca a filo d’acqua in quella che è fu una piscina innovativa e che ruppe l’idea di rettangolo statico. Fra l’innumerevole bibliografia si ricorda che la rivista Domus dedicò la copertina del n. 26, 1954 a questo inusuale specchio curvilineo lungo 40 metri.
Di Fausto Melotti, che apre il catalogo con i primi dieci lotti, saranno messe all’asta delle figure zoomorfe e antropomorfe e formelle. Stime appetibili.
