Bruno Mars domina i Grammy 2018. Tutti i vincitori
Bruno Mars si è rivelato il vincitore incontrastato della 60/ma edizione dei Grammys, gli Oscar della musica. Si è tenuta anche quest’anno la cerimonia di premiazione dei Grammy Awards, che vengono assegnati ogni anno dalla National Academy of Recording rts and Sciences, l’associazione che rappresenta i lavoratori dell’industria musicale statunitense: 105 categorie in gara, divise in 30 generi musicali.
Bruno Mars ha vinto tutti e sei i premi per i quali era nominato. Ha portato a casa anche il titolo per miglior album (per il suo 24K Magic), Record of the year e Best Song of the Year (per That’s What I Like).
Il Best Rap Album è andato all’acclamato DAMN. di Kendrick Lamar. Il premio per Best Pop Solo Performance se l’è aggiudicato Ed Sheeran (per la sua Shape of You) che con ÷ ha vinto anche il premio Pop vocal album:.
Meritatissimo il premio come Best New Artist andato a Alessia Cara.

Ad animare la serata ci hanno pensato le esibizioni, tra gli altri, di Lady Gaga che accompagnandosi a un pianoforte angelico ha cantato Joanne e Million Reason, di Elton John in coppia con Miley Cyrus sulle note dell’immortale Tiny Dancer, Rihanna con DJ Khaled, Bruno Mars con Cardi B (prima rapper donna ad aver raggiunto la cima della Billboard Hot 100).
In tributo a Andrew Lloyd Webber c’è stata la leggendaria Patti LuPone che per l’occasione ha rispolverato un suo vecchio cavallo di battaglia, Don’t cry for me Argentina.
Il momento più toccante è stato sicuramente l’esibizione di Kesha, con Praying, brano autobiografico contro gli abusi subiti dall’ex produttore; ad accompagnarla sul palco un gruppo di coriste d’eccezione, da Cyndi Lauper a Rihanna.
Non è mancata una “piccola” incursione a sorpresa di Hillary Clinton, che in un videomessaggio ha letto un brano tratto da Fire and Fury, chiacchieratissimo libro fresco di stampa contro Trump.
