La vendita di “Important Modern and Vintage Timepieces” che si è svolta a Hong Kong da Antiquorum lo scorso 22 giugno  ha totalizzato  HKD$ 62,111,250, con un venduto del 121% per valore.  Highlight dell’asta è stato il lotto 551:  Patek Philippe Ref. 5029, venduto al telefono a un  bidder  asiatico per  HKD$3,270,000.

We were especially impressed by the remarkable results for the Patek Philippe Ref. 5029 and the A. Lange & Sohne “Turbograph Pour Le Mérite” in today’s sale.”

Patek Philippe Ref. 5029, minute repeater in 18K pink gold. Made in a limited edition of 10 examples in pink gold to commemorate the inauguration of the new Patek Philippe manufactory in Geneva in 1997. Sold on April 22th, 1998. It is a very fine and extremely rare, minute-repeating, self-winding, 18K pink gold chronometer wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted presentation box, Certificate of Origin, Attestation, COSC certificate, booklets and additional original strap with chronometer tag.
