Acquirenti da oltre 20 paesi hanno partecipato all’asta. 9 opere sono state vendute ad oltre 1 milione di sterline e 21 lotti sono stati aggiudicati ad oltre 1 milione di dollari. 2 nuovi Record sono stati stabiliti per A. R. Penck e Albert Oehlen Per quanto riguarda l’arte italiana va segnalato l’ottimo risultato realizzato da Nero Plastica di Albero Burri, un’importante plastica nera vulcanizzata del 1965 che da una stima di £ 800.000- 1.200.000 è andato venduto, raddoppiando le stime iniziali, a £ 2.057.250 (euro 2.464.379).
